2. Complete the application form according to options available

• ONLINE application (Click) - complete the application and upload the relevant documents
• OFFLINE application - Download application form (Click), complete and submit at the centre

3. Waiting for a response

• Applications will be acknowledged via SMS/Email
• The outcome of the application will be communicated via SMS/Email and letter
